The Bitter End is a well-known nightclub located in the heart of Greenwich Village in New York City. Built in 1961, The Bitter End has been an iconic venue for striving bands, songwriters and comedians. Their legendary reputation is recognized for showcasing young performers like Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Woody Allen, Billy Crystal, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Joan Biaz, Stevie Wonder Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and thousands more (see full list here). Two Boston based bands, Roll Over White and Band Inc., traveled to NYC to grace The Bitter End stage on Saturday August 17, 2019.

Roll Over White is a rock band from the South Shore of MA, who has taken what it means to be a “rock band” to the next level with a sound that’s both new and familiar. With their superior musicality combined with gritty, kick you in the face, vocals and get up off your seat rhythm section, Roll Over White has developed the right mix of energy and technical synergy that revs up any room. After releasing their first EP and recently being nominated for "Best Rock Act for the New England Music Awards" Roll Over White is a dedicated band looking for new adventures, and is excited to play The Bitter End! The band hits the stage at 11pm, playing an hour of originals and high energy covers.

Band Inc. a cover band from New Bedford Massachusetts will be following Roll Over White to The Bitter End on August 17th. Inspired by Led Zepplin, 17-year-old lead singer and bassist Giuliana Amaral, is making waves in the local music community. She performs 3 to 5 times a week combining performances with Band Inc. and her acoustic set. She is a rising singer songwriter and she loves being on stage connecting with audiences. Music means a lot to her after years of being bullied, and performing music has always been her way of getting lost in her creative expressions while playing for crowds of people who appreciate her old soul, her standout musical ability and flawless performances. Her deep, soothing and unique vocals quickly build audiences. Band Inc. combines high energy, exceptional guitar solos, and brings a unique twist to classic songs.

The Bitter End has showcased thousands of young performers working hard to forge their own path. Roll Over White and Band Inc. had friends and family join them in NYC for what was an unforgettable weekend. Listen to Band Inc and find new music from Roll Over White on all streaming platforms.

"The real test of a musician is live performance. It's one thing to spend a long time learning how to play well in the studio, but to do it in front of people is what keeps me coming back to touring." Neil Peart
